Thurs.-Friday, July 19-20 - Work Days with Client Then Drive to Chincoteague,VA

Once again, worked with our client’s second group, then on Friday morning we checked out of the hotel because we had to head straight down to Chincoteague after we finished for the day. Grabbed some food on the way as we made the four hour drive in decent time, only had a couple of short delays. Arrived after dark, though, and had a hard time finding the house. Turns out the mailbox out front didn’t have the same number, so we ended up finding the place only based on the description that is was on a wooded lot and was set back a bit, and the landlady left the light on for us. Finally found the end of the driveway after several drive-bys, found the key in the lock so we knew we were in the right place, and proceeded to move in the bare essentials for the night. The house wasn’t as plush and luxurious as we had hoped, but it was clean and functional in a very austere and sparse sort of way. Only had basic cable, no movie channels, so it wasn’t long before we were off to bed, just long enough to wind down a bit!
